Minor’s Participation in Videos

1. In order to provide feedback for Tinkle magazine, your child must film and submit a video as per the instructions given in the Tinkle magazine.

2. By filling this form and submitting this form, you consent to your child creating and uploading the video your child created as feedback for Tinkle magazine.

3. It is your child’s decision whether or not to be on screen in their video. It is your child’s decision to have their voice included in their video. Videos do not need to include your child’s face or voice; other styles are accepted, including live action, Claymation, digital animation, stop motion, etc.

4. Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important to ACK. We collect or maintain information from persons under age 18 only for the limited purposes of allowing interested children to submit entries towards Tinkle feedback.

5. Selected videos will be posted across ACK’s social media handles and website, including the video submissions and your child’s name. We may also use your child’s names, photographs, statements, quotes, testimonials, and video submissions for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes. Other personal information will be kept private and not disclosed to any third party.
