Once upon a time, not so long ago, there lived a detective. His name was Sherlock. He was one of the best agents, as he solved all his cases.

One day, a mysterious person approached him with a challenge. This confused Sherlock, “What is the challenge?” he asked the challenger.

“You have to find some rare gold,” the challenger replied.

“Why should I accept the challenge?” Sherlock asked again.

“I want you to prove if you are a good detective,” came the reply.

“I accept,” Sherlock said.

Sherlock’s search for the rare gold led him to the forest. As he walked into the dark forest, he bumped into someone. It was a lady.

“Who are you?, they both asked each other.

“I am Mihira, a detective,” the lady said.

“Oh, I am a detective too! My name is Sherlock.” They both shook hands.

“Are you looking for something?” Mihira asked.

“Yes, I am searching for some rare gold,” Sherlock replied.

“Oh, I can help you,” Mihira offered.

Sherlock nodded “Follow me if you want to help,” he said.

“Okay!” Mihira followed him.

As she walked, she hit something. “Ow!” she exclaimed.

Sherlock helped her, and they looked at what Mihira had hit.

“It is a rare golden glyph,” Sherlock exclaimed. “See, there is a symbol carved into it.” He pointed. When they could take it, a dangerous creature attacked them.

“You will have to defeat us before you can get the golden glyph!” the creature roared. Several of the creature’s friends also joined him in the attack, but Sherlock and Mihira fought them bravely. They took the glyph and escaped from the forest.

Sherlock and Mihira went to the mysterious person who had challenged him and gave them the glyph. “Do I get a prize?” Sherlock asked.

“Yes, The golden glyph is your prize!” the challenger said.

Sherlock was happy. He turned to Mihira. “I will share my prize with you because you helped me.” The two detectives became good friends and lived happily ever after.

What Sherlock and Mihira also learned was that the real prize was the long-lasting, true friendship between them. That was the real ‘rare gold!’
