It was the day before the art exhibition and all of Ms. Leon’s students were nervous and excited. They had just come to take a last look at their work before the exhibition when they heard a loud scream. Panny Panther’s art had been vandalized! Everyone was shocked. Panny’s was the best art piece.
Woofy Watchman informed Ms. Leon that no stranger had come to the area. He told her that there was a CCTV around the corner and that they could check the footage. Ms. Leon accompanied him, and when they checked the footage, they could see a zebra entering the exhibition area. But they couldn’t see the face. Soon, Zebby Zebra was called to Ms. Leon’s office.
Zebby was touted to have the second-best art piece among the students and Woofy Watchman whispered to Ms. Leon, “Maybe she was bitter.”
Zebby was shocked that she was suspected. “I didn’t even come to the exhibition area after leaving the class yesterday with Dewy Deer!” cried Zebby.
Zebby wailed that she was innocent. Ms. Leon was looking carefully at the CCTV footage on the screen, and a small smile spread across her face. She knew animals well. “I believe you, Zebby. You’re being framed,” she said.
Why does Ms. Leon think so?
