Dry Bhel Puri

Ingredients

Puffed rice: 3 cups
Sev: 1 cup
Roasted peanuts: ½ cup
Boiled potatoes: 2
Onions: 2
Tomatoes: 2
Raw mango: ½
Coriander leaves: 1 cup
Flat puri: 2
Salt to taste

Procedure

  1. Peel the boiled potatoes.
  2. Finely chop the potatoes, onions, tomatoes, raw mango, and coriander leaves.
  3. In a bowl, put all the ingredients except sev.
  4. Mix them all well.
  5. Serve it on a plate and top it with sev and place the flat puris on the sides. Bhel is ready in a jiffy!
