21 September is observed as the International Day of Peace. According to the United Nations, this year’s theme is to end racism or discrimination based on colour, race, national and ethnic origin. Unfortunately, in our country many of us hold prejudices (unreasonable dislike towards a person or group of people) against someone who looks or sounds different.
